Tired Much?

So i took the blogging hiatus for almost a week. wanted to update you a little.  promise a real post will be coming lol soon. only because i'm having some real issues lately.  i'm lacking motivation with my workouts, lacking motivation in eating healthy, lacking motivation to blog, to be social, basically in everything.  
and i know that eating healthy will help, but when your so tired all the time, it makes you want to each carbs, of any type, sweets, anything sugary to make you feel awake lol.  and this hasnt been going on for just a week, it has been going on since i went back to school.  
i'm guessing that this is all because i'm waking u 4:30 everyday.  and the simple solution would be that i  i just sleep in and do my exercises in the afternoon.  but i despise working out in the afternoon lol not sure why, but i love working out in the morning, gets me going, wakes me up (well only if i'm not waking up at 4:30am).

not sure what's up, but at least i get this thursday/friday, and next monday/tuesday off :)  BONUS!!

there will be an actual post tomorrow!!

  1. Hope you're OK love! You sound tired :( 4:30am wake up is just craaazy.
    I wish I could be a morning exerciser, just not happening here!
