15 Miles of Sunflower Butter

wow, what a week it's been!  getting up everyday at 4:45 and getting off work monday and tuesday at 8:15, then thursday at 7:15, and friday at 6:30, i was pretty much exhausted and needed sleep.  didn't get much sleep friday night or last night.  hoping for more than 5 hours tonite!!

let's talk running, tuesday and thursday i ran 6 miles, i was hoping for more but only have enough time for 6 in the morning, but yesterday was a different story, i had plenty of time.  so i ran 15 miles :)  it felt great, and at one point hit an 8:05 min mile.  i'm not really too sore today, just a little bit on my upper thigh, but i don't think that's too bad :)

this weekend has been relaxing, if only i could sleep more than 5 hours.  going to try a new sleeping pill tonite, hopefully it works!!

made some yummy semi-paleo treats today.  i'm working on makin gthem completely paleo eventually

they didn't turn out to my liking.  Chum Chum likes it, that's all that matters :)




i get my hair cut this friday.  it's not very long, i now regret cutting it, i know it was needed but i shouldn't have cut it so short to begin with.  i have patience but not that much lol not enough to wait for it to grow out.  especially with how it seems like everyone now a days has long hair.
and also i think i may get rid of my contacts, but i've got a couple more months to decide :)
