happy hump day everyone!!!
so happy the week is almost over.
1. chum chum comes into town this weekend
2. i only have next week left for school
3. i will only have 2 months and 2 weeks left of work (after this week)
ya i can't wait :)
so today's run was really hard for me! not sure why, but i'm having trouble adjusting to being back in school after just a week off lol lame.

mile .5-1 6.4 mph
mile 1-1.5 6.6 mph
mile 1.5-2 6.8 mph
mile 2.5-3 7.0 mph
mile 3-3.25 7.2 mph
mile 3.25-5 7.4 mph
mile 3.5-3.75 7.6 mph
mile 3.75-4 7.2 mph
i always seem to cram the speeds in the end, i should just start out faster. over all it felt really good just to push myself again, for a while i wasn't able to do this (i usually do this every wednesday, gives my shins enough time to recover for saturday's long run), it would just hurt my shins. so i'm very happy i could do this today :)
i have learned very quickly that you do not put food as your background on your phone:
this makes me want coffee flavored froyo so bad!! it's ridiculous...
and it's someone's birthday tomorrow!!!!!

this little fool is going blind, and deaf, all at once, what a lovely combo. but i still love her. she will forever be a puppy to me :) tomorrow she turns 12, old fart.
